Orders placed before 10 AM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@noat.comย within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
In the event of unexpected delays, we comply with the FTC Mail Order Rule, which allows customers to cancel and receive a full refund if the order is not shipped within the promised timeframe.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. However, if your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or are missing part of your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Refund Policy
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. Opened or used items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
