At NOAT, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring you're pleased with your purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, we're here to assist you through the returns process. Please take a moment to review our policy.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • It must be unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
    • For multipack items, if any pack has been opened, only the sealed packs will be eligible for a refund.
    • For individual items, only those in unused, original condition with intact packaging will be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item received.

  • Initiating Returns: To start the return process, please contact us at hello@noat.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps. All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it within 48 hours of delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and work towards resolving it.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We regret that certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you if your refund has been approved or declined based on our policy criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 3โ€“5 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
