At NOAT, we believe in premium quality without compromise. That’s why we offer a simple guarantee: try one pack risk-free. If you’re not satisfied, return the rest and we’ll refund you in full.

how it works

• The guarantee applies to your first order only.
• You may open and try one pack.
• Any unopened packs must be returned to us in their original condition, sealed and undamaged.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund for your order, including the pack you tried.

making a claim

• Contact our team at hello@noat.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send you prepaid return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of return.

exclusions

• Applies to first-time orders only, one per household.
• Does not apply to wholesale or bulk business purchases.
• We reserve the right to decline claims if we believe the guarantee is being abused.
