Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Market for Sweden to lead our B2B go-to-market (GTM) strategy and scale our presence rapidly. This pivotal role will establish NOAT in the Sweden market, ensuring our products are available on the shelves of major retailers and accessible via q-commerce platforms throughout Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the Swedish market.
  • Leverage existing distributor relationships and networks to introduce NOAT products to major retailers and q-commerce partners.
  • Drive the end-to-end process of getting our products listed and stocked in key retail outlets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Swedish market activities and manage all accounts.
  • Provide strategic insights and forward-thinking approaches to market challenges.
  • Operate autonomously with minimal supervision, delivering results and driving growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in Sweden.
  • Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure, to expand our customer base and market share.
  • Implement best practices and compliance standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Role Outcomes:

  • First two weeks: Get up to speed on our starting idea and our current position, ideal customer profile, product roadmap, and vision. Provide your viewpoint and ideas to mould the initial GTM strategy and start introductory calls with potential distributors and retailers.
  • Within the first 60 days: Establish initial contact with key distributors and retail partners. Develop and refine the GTM strategy based on market insights and initial feedback.
  • Within the first 90 days: Secure agreements with major distributors and get initial listings with key retail partners. Present a detailed launch plan for the Swedish market.
  • Within 6 months: Successfully launch NOAT in major Swedish retail outlets. Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Beyond: Continue to champion a forward-thinking, customer-centric approach. Expand NOAT’s presence in additional retail channels and drive ongoing growth. Lead market expansion efforts and innovate to stay ahead of industry trends.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in market strategy and execution, particularly in launching new products.
  • A strong network of contacts within the Swedish retail and distribution sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in getting products stocked by major retailers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the Swedish retail landscape, including q-commerce.
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities.

 Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market strategy, distribution, or a related field preferred, but not required.
